How to disable .conf files overwrite on every Agent / Asterisk start?

By default the Agent fetches .conf files from Odoo on every agent / asterisk start (when Asterisk Base module is installed). 
But when FreePBX is used this is not a desirable behavior because the "fresh" (actual) .conf file is created by FreePBX and not Odoo. 

How to make Odoo not send its .conf files to Asterisk?

Starting from Asterisk Base 1.7 there is an option in PBX -> Servers -> [Selected Server] -> Settings -> "Config Sync".

Edit the server and uncheck it.

Or you can have it checked but be Asterisk -> Odoo way.
