Installation - Odoo connection refused

Avatar

I'm running Odoo 14 CE on a Digital Ocean droplet with Ubuntu 20.04, and I have no idea what I'm doing with this setup. I'm an old Linux hand, but Asterisk and PBX is totally new so I need a little help. I'm pretty sure it's just a configuration issue, but it's got me stumped.

I installed Asterisk from this guide, no errors. https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-asterisk-17-on-ubuntu/

Then I installed odoopbx from the docs here, no major problems that I couldn't figure out. Seems to be installed properly as far as I can see, but when I execute 'odoopbx run agent' it gives me quite a few errors that boil down to connection refused. The full console output is here: https://pastebin.com/aVsL3y5S

I'm pretty sure I've just missed something in the setup. Any clues from this?

TIA

Hi!

I see both Odoo & Asterisk are not configured properly.

  1. odoorpc.error.RPCError: Too many login failures, please wait a bit before trying again.
    1. 23:26:12 [INFO ] salt.loaded.ext.engines.odoo_connector:243 Polling http://127.0.0.1:8072/longpolling/poll.
    2. 23:26:12 [WARNING ] salt.loaded.ext.engines.odoo_connector:289 Odoo Connection refused.
      ...
      1. 23:26:13 [WARNING ] panoramisk.manager:71 Not able to reconnect

Seems thar you changed Asterisk account password and did not update the agent.

See here - https://docs.odoopbx.com/installation/agent_options.html
