How do I configure auto answer for users in the queue?

Hi Martin,
Auto answer can only be configured for phones that accept auto answer SIP headers.
Next Asterisk should send such SIP header.
In Odoo PBX this is controlled in Asterisk Common -> Users mapping menu, Common tab, Variables field.
An example for Jitsi is: SIPADDHEADER=Alert-Info: Auto Answer
