Static Agents in Odoopbx Queues

Hi,


How do we keep/make Static Agents  Logged in, in Queues. My Expectation is that with Dynamic Agents those can always be available in queue or not. But for static agents once logged in they should be off hook waiting for calls to come in.

Hi Christian,

Static agents are those who are configured in queue configuration file (member => section).

Dynamic agents are those who can are added to queue with QueueAddMember API. 

This allows you to have agents permanently configured in Q and also random agents that can connect to any queue (like supervisors or senior operators).

when a call comes, the agent answers automatically.

If this can be achieved in Odoopbx with asterisk_queues
