Hi,
We are having a slight issue. When we use the Click2Call feature on odoopbx for a number with +2XX.. when the call arrives at the Trunk we notice the + is automatically stripped off. How can we manage this mechanism. How can we generally manage the Number formatting? thanks
Calling out features depend on your settings.
In PBX -> Settings -> Common Settings there are some options:
Originate Strip Plus - removed + on all outgoing calls (enabled by default).
Originate Format - how call goes out. Depending on your choice calls can count out as:
E.164;
Out of country (according to the country setting set to agent's odoo account (e.g. "asterisk"));
No formatting - without any translation.
